Bruce Prichard Hopes Jim Cornette Gets Inducted Into The WWE Hall Of Fame

WWE Senior Vice President Bruce Prichard recently took to an episode of his โ€œSomething To Wrestle Withโ€ podcast, where he talked about a number of topics including how he hopes pro wrestling legend Jim Cornette gets inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Prichard said, โ€œI love Jim. I think Jimโ€™s very deserving of being in the Hall of Fame, and I hope one day that he is.โ€

On not being in contact with Cornette recently:

โ€œHereโ€™s my phone. It works both ways. I have called. Iโ€™ve reached out. And Iโ€™m in an age where all I can do is I can do. And Iโ€™m not going to Iโ€™m not going to reach out over and over, and over, and over, and over again. And then the only time that anyone else ever reaches out is because they need somethingโ€ฆ the fact of the matter is, phone works both ways. And Iโ€™ve made my โ€” you know, I hope Iโ€™ve made my feelings known. If I havenโ€™t, then Iโ€™m a sh**ty communicator, and I donโ€™t know that I can communicate it any better than I already have.โ€

On if Gorilla Monsoon would have been one of Mr. McMahonโ€™s stooges if Pat Patterson or Gerald Briscoe hadnโ€™t:

โ€œI donโ€™t know. Thatโ€™s an interesting question, because I donโ€™t know that Ginoโ€™s ego would have allowed him to do that. I donโ€™t think that Gino would have wanted to. But at the same time? You know, Gino did the whole, with his fly open bit at the original Slammies. I donโ€™t know. He might. Might have been great, too.โ€
