WWE Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green is setting her sights on a high-profile opponent for this year’s WWE SummerSlam—none other than WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella.
Green made the bold challenge in a recent promo for Xfinity, calling out the former Divas Champion and reality TV star for a showdown this summer.
“I’m calling out Nikki Bella. I’m calling out Nikki Bella,” Green declared. “Nikki, SummerSlam is only a few months away, honey—here I am. At this point, I’m giving Diva, I’m giving President, I’m giving everything that you used to give fearless. So here I am, waiting for you.”

According to Fightful Select, WWE had internally considered matches involving Chelsea Green against either Alexa Bliss or Nikki Bella for WrestleMania 41, but those ideas were ultimately scrapped. Green has long teased her desire to mix it up with Bella in the ring, previously suggesting a unique stipulation match for WrestleMania—one that never materialized.
