“Main Event” Jey Uso is widely known as a tag team wrestler as he has won the WWE Tag Team Titles on a number of occasions, but he has been a singles competitor as of late and he has become one of the most popular and over babyfaces in the company.
According to Wrestlenomics, Jey Uso is selling slightly more merchandise than reigning WWE Undisputed Champion “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes for the month of May 2024. It was also mentioned on the report that Uso’s black “Yeet” shirt was the top seller in the men’s category not just for the month of May but for the entire year, outselling Rhodes, although Rhodes’ overall sales still topped Uso in the year-to-date category.
WWE merchandise sales study reveals that Uso was selling slightly ahead of Rhodes, while both stars were behind CM Punk. Punk’s return to the company reportedly generated some strong merchandise sales and other top sellers behind Punk, Uso and Rhodes include WWE Hall of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and WWE legend Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
