As noted, the LFI member signed a contract to “become 100% AEW” earlier this week, following a bidding war with other top promotions.
Following the signing, Jose The Assistant took to Twitter and shed some additional light on the subject.
“RUSH re-signed with AEW because of how much concern Tony Khan showed for RUSH’s wife and newborn,” Jose wrote. “Family is important to RUSH, seeing how much Tony cared is what solidified the deal.”
He continued, “There were other offers, but NEVER any consideration to go, AEW cares, Tony cares about his people.”
