WWE veteran and former Divas Champion Paige has been active on SmackDown for almost six months, but she was recently acknowledged as an official member of the blue brand. According to Fightful.com, Paige has now officially been added to the Friday night roster on the company’s website.
Paige returned to WWE at WrestleMania 42, replacing WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella in the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match and winning the titles alongside Brie Bella. Although she has competed on RAW a couple of times since then, those appearances were both title defenses. Her last match on RAW was on June 22, and she had been listed as a free agent on the roster until recently.
Since losing the titles, Paige has been feuding with the Bella Twins—specifically Nikki, as Brie is currently out due to injury. Nikki defeated Paige in singles competition on the September 11 episode of SmackDown.
