During a special edition of The Pat McAfee Show ahead of WWE WrestleMania 40, Pat McAfee spoke with Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley and questioned why she continues to work with Dominik Mysterio. McAfee suggested that if Rhea got rid of Dominik, fans would no longer have to deal with him.
McAfee then appeared to take a shot at AEW attendance, saying Dominik would “probably be at that other place in front of like 600 people.” McIntyre previously made a comment on the March 25th, 2024 edition of WWE RAW that appeared to be a dig at AEW, stating that “even the hard cam side” of the arena was full.
