Shinsuke Nakamura’s gimmick may change slightly on the WWE RAW brand.
According to WWE insider Boozer Rasslin, Nakamura will become “edgier” in the future. It appears that Nakamura will adopt this “edgier” demeanor beginning with tonight’s RAW in Atlanta.
Nakamura was selected by the red brand in the 2023 WWE Draft this past spring. Since the new rosters went into effect, he has had only three wins on RAW TV (not including Money In the Bank), with one coming via DQ. Nakamura’s most recent match was a loss to Damian Priest on RAW on July 3.
As of this writing, WWE has not announced Nakamura for a match or segment on tonight’s RAW.
