AEW President Tony Khan has opened up about the possibility of adding a third weekly television show to the promotionโs programming lineup. In a new interview with WFAA, Khan addressed ongoing speculation surrounding AEWโs future TV expansion.
โThereโs always potential to expand the AEW programming calendar,โ Khan said. โRight now, things have worked really well with Dynamite and Collision. As weโre having a great year, itโs always something to consider.โ
AEW previously ran Rampage as its third weekly show. The program launched in 2021 and aired until it was discontinued in 2024 following a new broadcasting deal. Within AEW storylines, the end of Rampage was explained by Jon Moxley and the Death Riders declaring the show finished after a brutal takeover.
Khanโs remarks come after months of rumors surrounding a potential third brand, AEW Shockwave, which has not been referenced in recent months and appears to have gone quiet. While nothing is officially in the works at this time, Khan emphasized that expansion remains on the table as AEW continues its growth.
For now, AEWโs weekly schedule remains anchored by Dynamite on Wednesdays and Collision on Saturdays.
