Two WWE superstars have officially turned babyface.
During Friday night’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown, Bayley appeared in the ring for a promo segment to address her split from Damage CTRL, which occurred on last week’s show. Bayley acknowledged the chants and asked if she and the fans were okay with her, despite the fact that some may have assumed she was in for a beating.
Bayley described how Damage CTRL would laugh behind her back and stop speaking when she entered the room. Dakota Kai walked out to the ring, claiming she had no idea what had happened the previous week. Damage CTRL went to the ring, and Kai grabbed a chair to save Bayley from an attack. The segment ended with Kai and Bayley in the ring, with Damage CTRL backing off. Bayley will challenge IYO SKY for the WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 40.
