WWE Money In The Bank 2025 goes down tonight from “The Golden State.”
Things get started with the Countdown to Money In The Bank pre-show at 5:30pm EST. on the official WWE YouTube channel.
“WWE Then. Now. Forever. Together.” kicks things off as always. We then see a live shot outside of the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, CA., as Michael Cole welcomes us to Countdown to WWE Money In The Bank 2025.
The pre-show panel are introduced, with Pat McAfee, Big E. and on his 15-year anniversary in WWE, Wade Barrett, joining Cole to deliver the final hype leading into tonight’s premium live event.
They send things over to Sam Roberts and Megan Morant backstage, as they talk about the atmosphere heading into tonight’s highly-anticipated show.
An extended video package airs to show the road to tonight’s featured tag-team bout, with John Cena and Logan Paul joining forces to take on the team of Cody Rhodes and “Main Event” Jey Uso.
After the package, the pre-show panelists talk among themselves about their thoughts on the Cena and Paul vs. Rhodes and Uso bout later tonight. They then shift gears and start talking about the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship match.
On that note, Cole sends things over to a sit-down interview Cathy Kelley conducted with Lyra Valkyria, where she talks about her match against her former idol turned rival, Becky Lynch. Valkyria said if Lynch wins, “I’ll raise the b*tches hand.”
The sit-down interview wraps up, and the show returns to the panel. As the panelists give their insight and analysis into the lone women’s singles match scheduled for this evening, while Barrett was talking, an incredibly loud “We want Truth!” chant broke out.
Barrett literally stopped in mid-sentence due to the loud chants, but he quickly tried talking over them when he realized what they were chanting. The panelists finish their Women’s I-C title bout breakdown.
Cole then sends us to a video package where WWE shows their support for wildfire relief charitable efforts centered around tonight’s special event in Los Angeles. The package wraps up and then LA Knight appears live. He gives out a custom replica WWE Championship to some kids on the stage.
Once a commercial break wraps up, we hear the voice of Vic Joseph as the camera pans the state-of-the-art Intuit Dome. The camera settles high up in the building, where Joseph is standing by with Peter Rosenberg. They say they’ll be joined by Big E.
Joseph then introduces a video package that shows WWE Hall of Fame legend Rey Mysterio being honored last night, and then making an appearance at the WWE x AAA Worlds Collide special event earlier today.
They send things over to Byron Saxton, who is in the Cricket Wireless Fan Zone. He shows off the fan zone and what it entails, and then heads over with a mini Money In The Bank lunchbox-style briefcase to talk to the fans. He interviews a kid and some others for their ladder match predictions.
We head to a quick commercial break. When we return, an in-depth Money In The Bank statistics and records video package narrated by Wade Barrett airs. It also gives an elaborate insight into the competitors scheduled for tonight’s Men’s and Women’s Money In The Bank ladder matches.
The pre-show wraps up and the elaborate cold open video package airs to get the premium live event portion of tonight’s show officially off-and-running. We shoot back inside the Intuit Dome as the camera pans the crowd while Michael Cole welcomes us to the show.
The camera settles at ringside, where Cole, Pat McAfee and Wade Barrett are shown on-camera. They mention it being 28-years since Cole called his first match in WWE, and also 15 years since Barrett made his WWE main roster debut as part of Nexus. The Spanish commentary team are introduced.
Women’s Money In The Bank
Alexa Bliss vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Giulia vs. Naomi vs. Stephanie Vaquer
Things are sent to Alicia Taylor in the ring, and the ring announcer for tonight’s show begins the formal pre-match ring introductions for our opening contest. Kicking things off tonight will be the Women’s Money In The Bank ladder match.
Alexa Bliss makes her way out to the ring first with a Lily doll in her hands. She settles in the ring and then Roxanne Perez comes out next. Third to the ring in a neon caution tape and cash-covered outfit is Naomi. She makes history, tying Becky Lynch and Natalya for being in her fifth Money In The Bank match.
They share the all-time record for the women. The lights go out and the red lights fill the arena. We see the horns on the big screens and fire pyro explodes as Stephanie Vaquer’s theme hits. Out she comes fresh off of her victory at WWE x AAA Worlds Collide earlier today, and a win last night on SmackDown in six-woman tag-team action.
She settles in the ring as the commentators sing her praises for her busy and successful two-day stretch. The lights go down again and this time the entrance tune for Giulia hits. “The Beautiful Madness” makes her way out to the ring. Last to the ring is “Mami” herself, Rhea Ripley, to a monster pop.
It’s time for the first match of the evening, and one of two Money In The Bank ladder matches scheduled for tonight. The winner of this match earns a shot at a world title of their choosing at any time of their choosing for up to one year.
The bell sounds and we’re officially off-and-running with this high stakes six-person showdown. Ripley, Bliss and Vaquer line up on one side of the ring, while Naomi, Giulia and Perez do the same on the other. They all stare at each other, and then up at the briefcases, and then all six begin slugging it out.
From there, Vaquer, Giulia and Perez exiting the ring. Naomi introduced the first ladder and Ripley used Bliss as a weapon to take her out. Everyone traded places and Vaquer, Giulia and Perez ran through a three-way dance until Naomi returned and slammed Perez’s face into the ladder.
Bliss sneaks up from behind and lays Naomi and Perez out on a ladder for a flip senton. Giulia returned to ring and set a ladder in the corner. She sent Bliss into it but it fell over and caught her in the back. She shrugged it off as Ripley returned inside the ring.
We see Ripley blast Giulia with a dropkick into a ladder in the corner. Naomi and Perez tried to stop her, but Ripley dispatched them quickly. Ripley tried to hit a Razor’s Edge on Perez on the ladder, but Perez managed to reverse and counter with a moonsault onto Ripley on the ladder.
Perez sets up a ladder and climbs, getting close. Alexa Bliss intercepts her and drags her off the ladder. Giulia enters and smacks Bliss, then throws her out of the. Perez and Giulia begin slowly climbing the ladder at the same time. Ripley tries to push the ladder but both hop down and Perez unloads on her.
Guilia and Perez try to use a ladder to sandwich Ripley but have issues with it, before finally closing it on Ripley. They slam another ladder down on top–and, mind you, Ripley is laying in the ladder, sandwiched between its two halves. Perez and Giulia send Ripley out of the ring and follow her out to the floor.
It is slammed on Ripley, and then they proceed to bury “Mami” under a ton of ladders. While this is going on, the ring, Naomi sets up a ladder, all by her lonesome. She begins to climb at 7:28pm but Stephanie Vaquer rips her off the ladder. Vaquer takes Naomi into the corner and unloads. Giulia rushes in and Vaquer battles them both.
Vaquer with a Dragonscrew on Naomi in the corner. Vaquer turns her attention to Perez and hits a Snap Suplex. Vaquer climbs to a huge pop, but Giulia stops her ascent. Giulia hops on Vaquer’s back but Vaquer begins to climb the ladder with Giulia on her back. Giulia struggles and manages to bomb Vaquer down.
We see Giulia begin to climb the ladder but Naomi hops up and hobbles across the ring. Naomi pulls Giulia into a Tree of Woe on the ladder and climbs over her. Giulia reaches up, grabs Naomi, and hits an improvised German Suplex on Naomi. Bliss hits a running missile kick to send Giulia out of the ring.
Bliss climbs the ladder while Perez begins to climb the other side. Both begin to battle at the top of the ladder as Vaquer sets up another ladder parallel to theirs. Vaquer climbs on the same side of the ring as Perez and Naomi climbs opposite her. Bliss falls off and pulls Naomi off, battling it out with her.
Giulia climbs up in their place. Bliss pulls Vaquer off into a Powerbomb, then shoves the ladder. Giulia and Perez dive off just in time. Perez takes it to Bliss, smashing her face into the ladder. Giulia and Perez put the ladder on its’ side and then slam Bliss stomach-first on it.
A ladder bridge is set up in the ring, where Vaquer climbs up and hits her male fan-friendly Devil’s Kiss spot onto the surface of the bridge. The crowd went nuts for this, while McAfee did the Booker T routine on commentary. We see Perez on one side of the bridge.
From her side, she hits Pop Rox while another pair hits a Code red on the other side at the same time. Giulia climbs up and gets her hands on the briefcase. Perez and Bliss end up stopping her. Ripley climbs up and pulls Giulia down and hits Rip-Tide at the same time Bliss hits Perez with Sister Abigail.
A loud “This is Awesome” chant breaks out and spreads throughout the building as Bliss and Ripley quickly climb up opposing sides of the ladder under the briefcase. Naomi looks to push the ladder over, so they both try and climb back down. They end up sailing off and smashing into a ladder wedged in the corner.
Naomi, free-and-clear, begins a quick climb of her own up the ladder in the middle of the ring. She settles in at the top of the ladder and unhooks the briefcase. Naomi is your winner and 2025 Ms. Money In The Bank. What an excellent match.

Dominik Mysterio (c) vs. Octagon Jr.
El Hijo del Vikingo is shown in the crowd fresh off of his successful defense of his AAA Mega Championship against Chad Gable in the main event of the WWE x AAA Worlds Collide special event held earlier today. Also shown in the crowd is Mr. Iguana, who gets a big pop.
Video footage is shown of Dominik Mysterio getting into a scuffle with Octagon Jr. during the Worlds Collide show earlier today, and subsequently issuing a challenge to him for Money In The Bank, where he vowed to put his WWE Intercontinental Championship on-the-line.
A quick commercial break hits, and then we return inside the Intuit Dome where it is time for our second match of the evening. Reigning and defending WWE Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio makes his way out first, accompanied by Liv Morgan. Dom-Dom is wearing a mask.
He takes the mask off, throws it down and smirks as he and Liv finish their walk to the ring. “Dirty” Dom settles inside the squared circle and poses on the ropes in the corner with his I-C title. His music dies down and he awaits the arrival of his challenger.
The lights go down and the theme for his opponent plays. Out comes AAA star Octagon Jr., making his way to the ring for his second match of the day, and arguably the biggest impromptu opportunity of his career as he challenges for the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
The bell sounds and we’re officially off-and-running with this one. Octagon Jr. starts off strong, as the commentators remind fans that they may have seen him before if they watch TNA, as he performs as one-half of The Aztec Warriors.
Dom-Dom starts to take over control of the offense. He stops and taunts El Hijo del Vikingoat ringside, throwing his shirt at him from the ropes in the corner. Liv Morgan gets involved and within all of five minutes, max, Dom-Dom beats Octagon Jr. with ease.
Not as one-sided as Randy Orton vs. Joe Hendry at WrestleMania 41, but not that far off, either. In the end, Dom-Dom soars off the ropes with a frog-splash for the pinfall victory. With the win, Dominik Mysterio is still your WWE Intercontinental Champion.

Introducing The Fireball Ladder (TKO Loves That Money!)
Backstage, Chad Gable is with The Creed Brothers talking about how he came up short at WWE x AAA Worlds Collide, but because of that, they all need to do their part to make sure El Grande Americano doesn’t tonight. He introduces them to the entire point of this segment, no doubt, which is a special Fireball ladder.
They ask what Fireball is. Great question! Allow me to provide some information, not that this is a commercial or anything. It’s cinnamon whiskey! Gable informs them to hide a metal piece for Americano to load his mask with to ensure victory in the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match later tonight.
On that note, Gable then walks off as The Creed Brothers duo of Julius Creed and Brutus Creed continue to marvel in complete amazement at the Fireball ladder, to further drive home the product WWE just helped sell you disguised as a segment on the show.
WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship
Lyra Valkyria (c) vs. Becky Lynch
Once the blatant force-fed advertisements disguised as part of the show are in the rear view mirror, the elaborate pre-match video package airs to tell the story leading up to our next match of the evening, which features the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship on-the-line.
The theme for Becky Lynch hits and out comes “The Man” for her shot at capturing a title she has yet to hold in WWE, something rare at this point in the career of “Big Time Becks.” Remember, if Lynch wins, not only does she become the Women’s I-C champ, but Lyra Valkyria must also raise her hand.
“Dun-dun-dun, WOOOO! Dun-dun-dun, WOOOO!” is what we hear next, as the reigning and defending WWE Women’s I-C champ Lyra Valkyria makes her way out. She heads down and settles inside the squared circle for this title tilt against her idol turned bitter rival.
Alicia Taylor handles the final formal pre-match ring introductions, but only gets through introducing Lynch, because when she finished that up, Lynch didn’t wait for Valkyria to be introduced before ambush-attacking her from behind. Things get off with a bang.
Valkyria fights back, scoops Lynch up and dumps her on the floor outside of the ring. Valkyria can’t get something unhooked around her neck, and literally has to turn her back and ask the referee to unhook it for her. The ref does, all-the-while Lynch is selling and waiting to get up.
Valkyria, free from her wardrobe issues, runs and soars over the ropes onto Lynch on the floor. Lynch fights back and takes over, slamming the champs dome off of the unforgiving ring apron corner. She brings the action back in the ring and hits a Becks-Ploder for a two-count.
Lynch slams Valkyria’s face into the top turnbuckle, but Valkyria fights back with a twisting neck breaker. Valkyria follows up with a sit-out gut-wrench powerbomb, but Lynch kicks out at two. Lynch fights back to her feet and rolls up Valkyria, but Valkyria rolls through into a pinning predicament for another two count.
Lynch hits a DDT and gets a two count of her own. Lynch heads up top, but Valkyria goes up top with Lynch and delivers a superplex for a two count. Valkyria goes for a moonsault, but Lynch rolls out of the way, but Valkyria lands on her feet. Lynch catches Valkyria in an arm bar.
Valkyria counters and rolls Lynch into a pin attempt, but only gets two. Lynch locks in a modified single-leg crab and transitions to a modified ankle lock. Lynch flees to the outside, but Valkyria hits a diving crossbody off the apron. Valkyria drapes Lynch over the barricade and hits a diving leg drop from the announce table.
Valkyria rolls Lynch back into the ring and heads up top. Valkyria goes for a diving hurricanrana, but Lynch counters into a powerbomb for yet another two count. Lynch heads up top, but Valkyria heads up top with her, but Lynch hits a Super Manhandle Slam from the second rope for a two count.
The action spills out of the ring, and Lynch whips Valkyria into the ring post before hitting a Manhandle Slam on the floor. Lynch breaks the count, but Valkyria hits the Nightwing on the floor. Both women barely beat the count back into the ring.
Valkyria and Lynch trade near falls, but Lynch pulls Valkyria’s tights to get additional leverage and the three count. After the match, Valkyria raises Lynch’s hand in victory as she promised, but then she snaps and delivers a German suplex and a Nightwing, leaving her laying and keeping some dignity in the process. Great match.

Solo Sikoa vs. LA Knight vs. Penta vs. Seth Rollins vs. Andrade vs. El Grande Americano
The elaborate pre-match video package airs to set the stage for our co-main event of the evening, which features six top contenders in the men’s divisions on Raw and SmackDown competing for the right to secure a future title shot at any time of their choosing.
That’s right, it’s time for the Men’s Money In The Bank ladder match. The video package wraps up, and we return inside the Intuit Dome. The lights go down and Alicia Taylor begins the pre-match introduction for the second Money in the Bank ladder match of the show.
Six men competing in this match, Solo Sikoa, LA Knight, Penta, Seth Rollins, Andrade and El Grande Americano each make their respective walks to the ring. The entrances alone for this match took several minutes. All are in the ring and ready to rock and roll. The bell sounds and off we go.
