WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash recently took to an episode of his Kliq This podcast, where he talked about a number of topics including his time with TNA Wrestling and what led to him leaving the company in 2010.
Nash said, โI thinkโฆI mean I worked hard there. I was in good shape. I think the Main Event Mafia thing could have been, that was money. They let [Booker T], it was a bad move to let Book go. Once Book left, I said, โF**k it, Iโm bolting.โ I heard Book was gonna be at that Royal Rumble, I said, โS***, not without me.โ So I died my s*** black, went out thereโฆ.โ
On how Scott Hall would tell him not to smarten up fellow workers:
โYeahโฆonce you know whatโs up, you have to be part of the process. All you need is one person thatโs good at it. I promise you, the guy thatโs good at it doesnโt want to look f**king bad at it. I remember Scott [Hall] would always be like, โDonโt smarten him up.โ Like dude, we gotta work with him. What do you mean, donโt smarten him up? โDonโt say anything when heโs got your f***ing job.โ Yeah, Scott would always be like, โMan, donโt f***ing smarten him up.โ Like youโre the one thatโs got the brain.โ
