During a recent appearance on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, WWE Superstar Erik of The Viking Raiders offered a promising update on his wife and former WWE star Valhalla (fka Sarah Logan), confirming she is actively training for a return to in-ring competition.
When asked if Valhalla had any plans to resume her WWE career, Erik spoke candidly and glowingly about her current efforts:
“Yeah, she is. She is a constant inspiration for me. She works so hard. She is so dedicated and disciplined.”
Erik also credited her with helping him stay focused and on track during his own recovery and training.
“She keeps me on my diet so much better because she’s so disciplined with hers.”
According to Erik, Valhalla is not only committed but already deep into physical preparation for a return to the squared circle.
“She’s already running, jumping, throwing things, getting back into battle shape and getting ready.”
While no specific date was provided, Erik hinted that fans won’t have to wait long to see Valhalla back in action.
“So yeah, I don’t know when this is gonna air, but I’m sure it won’t be too long in the future when you start seeing her again.”
Valhalla last appeared on WWE television alongside The Viking Raiders before taking time away. She has remained a beloved figure among fans due to her intense Viking persona and unique presentation.
