At WWE SummerSlam Night One last weekend, WWE Hall of Famers The Bella Twins (Brie Bella and Nikki Bella) and Paige lost a 6-Woman Tag Team Match to Fatal Influence, which consists of Jacy Jayne along with WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid. After the match, the Bellas turned on Paige.
During Friday’s WWE SmackDown, the company aired a vignette in which Nikki claimed that she rebuilt Paige’s career and suggested that it’s Paige’s fault the Bella Twins aren’t together anymore. Nikki also announced her intention to make Paige’s life a living hell.
In response to Nikki’s comments, Paige recently took to her Twitter (X) account.
Paige wrote, “I saved your *** from getting pinned twice at SummerSlam.. I’m also the one who WON those championships. I’ll be back next week. You haven’t seen anything yet, babe.”
