Pro wrestling legend Mickie James announced on her Twitter (X) account that she will not be able to attend the Hamilton Comic-Con as originally scheduled. She explained that a minor eye injury she suffered last Friday has prevented her from making the appearance.
James wrote, “Dear Hamilton. I am sorry I could not make it. I clumsily suffered a minor eye injury on Friday at the farm & I can barely open my eye. The airport & flight was brutal. The lights; makeup; & everything are so painful. I couldn’t let you see me in misery so I went back home. I will make it up to you. ♥️”
Other guests at the Hamilton Comic-Con, held at the Hamilton Convention Centre in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, included WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart, former WWE Women’s Champions Gail Kim and Candice Michelle, Al Snow, and Jimmy Korderas. James was scheduled to appear as a guest on both Saturday and Sunday.
