TKO Group Holdings, LLC, the parent company of WWE, recently released its financial results for the third quarter of 2026, reporting total revenues of $1.360 billion. The company’s net income for the quarter was $277.9 million, with an adjusted EBITDA of $555.7 million.

The announcement highlighted a notable increase in UFC revenue, which rose by $194.0 million to reach $519.2 million. In contrast, WWE revenue declined slightly by $2.8 million, or 1%, to $399.3 million.

Overall, the company saw revenue increase by 21%, or $240.2 million, compared to the previous year, primarily due to a substantial rise in UFC revenue. Additionally, the press release noted a $54.6 million increase in the IMG segment, bringing the segment total to $391.3 million.

The decrease in WWE revenue was attributed to reduced live events and hospitality income, stemming from lower ticket sales due to the mix and timing of events. This included three fewer Main Roster Premium Live Events and lower SummerSlam sales compared to the same period last year. Despite the drop in revenue for WWE, net income increased significantly, rising by $171.1 million from $106.8 million in the previous year.

Here is the press release:

“The improvement reflected the increase in revenue partially offset by an increase in operating expenses. The increase in operating expenses primarily reflected an increase in direct operating costs of $49.3 million and an increase in selling, general and administrative expenses of $21.4 million, partially offset by a decrease in depreciation and amortization of $36.1 million.”
