WWE veteran Bayley took to her Twitter (X) account to reflect on her ten-year journey on the main roster, commemorating the tenth anniversary of her RAW debut. Bayley also pledged to continue advocating for women’s wrestling.
Bayley wrote, “A decade of RAW, SMACKDOWN, AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN. Thank you!” In a separate post, she wrote, “WOMEN’S WRESTLING FOREVER!”
Bayley wrestled her first main roster match at Battleground in July 2016, but she officially debuted on the main roster on the August 22, 2016, edition of Monday Night RAW when then-GM Mick Foley introduced her as the newest addition to the roster. Since then, Bayley has built a legendary career, achieving every major accolade in the company. She is the first-ever Women’s Grand Slam and Triple Crown Champion, as well as a former Royal Rumble and Money in the Bank winner.
In recent months, Bayley’s WWE future has been a topic of speculation. She has not appeared since losing to Lyra Valkyria at the Saturday Night’s Main Event special in July and is believed to be considering her options before signing a new contract. However, Valkyria has regularly mentioned Bayley on WWE television, suggesting that a return might be on the horizon.
