Jey Uso Advances In King Of The Ring Tournament After Fatal 4-Way Win

The 2025 WWE King of the Ring Tournament continued on the June 16th episode of WWE Raw, featuring the final first-round match in a blockbuster Fatal 4-Way showdown.

It was “Main Event” Jey Uso battling Sheamus, Rusev, and Bronson Reed in a high-stakes opening round match to determine who would move on to face Cody Rhodes in the semifinals.

The chaotic bout took a sharp turn late in the contest as multiple superstars made their presence felt. Bron Breakker, Sami Zayn, and LA Knight all interfered during the closing moments, escalating the drama and creating an opening for Uso.

Capitalizing on the distraction, Jey Uso delivered two consecutive Uso Splashes off the top rope to take down Bronson Reed and pick up the pinfall victory.

With the win, Uso officially advances to the semifinals of the King of the Ring tournament and will now face Cody Rhodes next Monday night on WWE Raw (June 23, 2025) from Columbus, Ohio.

The winner of that match will earn a place in the King of the Ring finals, set to take place at WWE Night of Champions 2025. The eventual tournament winner will receive a World Championship opportunity at WWE SummerSlam 2025.
