Dragongate has announced it will hold a 10-bell salute in honor of the late PAC at the start of its October 2nd show at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan.
PAC spent five years with Dragongate, from 2007 to 2012, before joining WWE in July 2012. He returned to the Japanese promotion in October 2018 following his controversial exit from WWE, and remained with the company for several months. In January 2019, he joined All Elite Wrestling (AEW).
PAC last performed for Dragongate at the Kobe Pro-Wrestling Festival in July 2019. He sadly passed away last Sunday at the age of 40. Dragongate issued a statement following his death, highlighting his accomplishments, which include being a one-time Open the Dream Gate Champion, a one-time Open the Brave Gate Champion, a one-time Open the Twin Gate Champion, and a three-time Open the Triangle Gate Champion.
