The opening segment featured a heated promo battle and physical altercation between Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena and Randy Orton, setting the stage for their highly anticipated title feud.
In the main event, the WWE Tag Team Champions The Street Profits (Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins) successfully defended their titles against both the Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) and #DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa) in a hard-hitting Triple Threat TLC Match.
