This past Tuesday’s Vengeance Day go-home episode of WWE NXT on the USA Network saw the team of Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes beat Joaquin Wilde and Cruz Del Toro of the LWO in a Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Tournament semi-finals matchup to advance to the finals at NXT Vengeance Day, where they will face Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin.
Last Tuesday’s episode of NXT also saw Dijak and Joe Gacy in a wild brawl that lasted through several segments on the show and culminated with Dijak throwing Gacy off the top of a production truck in the parking lot. Later in the show, Dijak approached NXT General Manager Ava and demanded a No DQ Matchup for Sunday’s PLE. Gacy still managed to get up despite being brutally attacked by Dijak to show he is okay and Ava made the match for Sunday’s show official.
NXT Vengeance Day 2024 is set to take place this Sunday, February 4 from inside the F&M Bank Arena in Clarksville, Tennessee.
