Zoey Stark is not retiring โ€” despite what a convincing AI-generated video might have led fans (and even her family) to believe.

The WWE Raw star took to Twitter/X this week to address a viral deepfake video that falsely claimed she was stepping away from professional wrestling due to injury. The clip used Starkโ€™s likeness and voice to announce her โ€œretirement,โ€ sparking widespread confusion across social media.

Stark posted a video of herself reacting to the AI footage and clarified the situation directly.

Stark confirmed that while she is injured, the situation is far from career-ending. She is currently rehabbing at the UFC Performance Institute following surgery to repair a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus sustained during her match on the May 19th, 2025 episode of WWE Raw.

The former NXT standout has been a rising force in WWEโ€™s womenโ€™s division and is known for her explosive athleticism and hard-hitting style. Fans and fellow wrestlers quickly rallied around Stark online, offering support and slamming the spread of the fake video.
