Zoey Stark has shared a positive update on her road to recovery following a serious knee injury suffered during the May 19, 2025 edition of WWE Raw. Stark was pulled from her scheduled Money in the Bank qualifying match after tearing her ACL, MCL, and meniscus, which required surgical repair shortly after.
In a video posted to her Twitter/X account, Stark checked in with fans — affectionately calling them “Stark Marks” — and revealed she has reached an important milestone in her rehab journey.
“This week was a lot of fun. We did a road trip to Salt Lake City, got to see the family, had an amazing time, and worked on my physical therapy,” Stark shared. “My goal for this week, and it had to happen this week more than anything else, was to hit 90 degrees [of knee flexion].”
Stark explained the significance of hitting that benchmark:
“If you don’t hit 90 degrees after you tear your ACL, MCL, and meniscus like I did, you can’t even think about walking. So my goal is to start walking around five weeks.”
While she initially felt discouraged during her trip, Stark had a breakthrough moment midweek:
“I was maybe hitting 70 while I was in Salt Lake, so there was a lot of frustration there. Until Wednesday — I go into PT, I’m at home, I’m relaxed, I had my physical therapy work on me a bit… and there you go, hit the 91, which I’m stoked about!”

Now focused on the next stage of her rehabilitation, Stark remains determined and upbeat about her progress.
This update comes as fans continue to rally behind the rising WWE star, who has gained momentum over the past year with standout performances across Raw and PLE events. While a return timeline has not yet been confirmed, hitting 91 degrees of flexion is a promising step in her journey back to the ring.
