WWE Hall of Famer Jake โ€œThe Snakeโ€ Roberts took to an episode of his Snake Pit podcast, where he talked about a number of topics including potentally teaming up with Cactus Jack.

Roberts said, โ€œThere was potential there, for sure.โ€

On Mick Foley asking him for advice early on in his career:

โ€œYeah, he was. He was asking for my opinion on stuff to see. What do you think? Thought about this. Thought about that. You know, he was a young guy wanting to learn, man. He was hungry.โ€

How he loved Foley’s in-ring style, but feared for Foley’s life and health:

โ€œI loved Mickโ€™s reckless work, but I feared for his life and feared for his health. I donโ€™t know what kind of man Iโ€™d be if I saw somebody setting somebody on fire. If I didnโ€™t say stop, what kind of man would I be? Pretty much a big asshole, you know? Donโ€™t set him on fire. Oh, go ahead, set him on fire. Heโ€™ll be all right. No. He wonโ€™t. And that was my only Iโ€™m not knocking him and what he was doing. I just feared for his health and his well-being.โ€

If he saw World Champion potential in Foley as Cactus Jack:

โ€œNo, not as Cactus Jack.โ€
