Pro wrestling veteran Big Cass made his television return to WWE on this week’s episode of RAW. He appeared in the ring and attacked Je’Von Evans following Evans’ victory in a singles match against Ethan Page. Later in the show, Cass participated in a backstage interview, stating that it wasn’t personal and that he was back to “stack bodies,” with Evans being the first victim.
According to Fightful Select, sources backstage reported that Cass appeared “very happy” to be back with the company. The report also noted several reunions among the talent backstage, as Cass had not seen many of them in quite some time.
Cass’ return was first hinted at in a vignette aired on the July 13th episode of WWE RAW. He was most recently with AEW under the name Big Bill, then left the company after giving his notice. Last Monday’s RAW marked his first appearance on WWE television since his release in 2018.
