At the AEW WrestleDream pay-per-view event on Saturday, The New Level, consisting of “Awesome” Austin Creed and Kofi, lost the AEW World Trios Titles to “Hangman” Adam Page and Brodido, which is a team made up of Brody King and ROH World Champion Bandido. The match was a 2-Out-Of-3 Falls Match.
Following the loss, Creed took to his Twitter (X) account to share his thoughts.
Creed wrote, “They got us last night. But we are just getting started…”
The New Level and Strickland held the titles for 48 days, having won them seven weeks earlier at AEW All In: London, held at Wembley Stadium in August. It is still unclear what the next steps will be for The New Level and Strickland following their title loss at WrestleDream.
