TNA recently announced on its Twitter (X) account that Rey Horus will return to the company at the 2026 Destination X pay-per-view (PPV) event. He is set to be the first entrant in the World X-Cup.
TNA wrote, “BREAKING: @rey_horus makes his return to TNA as an entrant in the World X-Cup at #TNADestinationX, presented by @iHeartRadio, LIVE on PPV and TNA+ on November 15 from the Edmonton Expo Centre!”
This will mark Horus’ first in-ring appearance for the promotion since August 2022, when he faced Laredo Kid, Trey Miguel, and Black Taurus in a Fatal 4-Way Match on iMPACT.
As a reminder, the World X-Cup will feature two preliminary Fatal 4-Way Matches with wrestlers from around the globe. The winners of these matches will compete against each other in the final at the same event.
TNA Destination X 2026 is scheduled for Sunday, November 15, at the Edmonton Expo Centre in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
