During Monday’s episode of WWE RAW, the company announced that “La Primera” Stephanie Vaquer will have her rematch for the Women’s World Championship in two weeks. She will challenge Liv Morgan of The Judgment Day for the title on the September 7th show.
Vaquer made her return to the ring on last night’s show, securing a victory over Roxanne Perez, also from The Judgment Day. Becky Lynch helped even the odds for Vaquer, fending off a sneak attack by Morgan afterward.
Vaquer previously lost the WWE Women’s World Championship to Morgan at WrestleMania 42. This match will mark Morgan’s second title defense against Vaquer.
The title match is the first bout announced for the September 7th episode of RAW, which will take place at the Legacy Arena in Birmingham, Alabama, and will air on Netflix.
