During Monday night’s post-Survivor Series: WarGames episode of RAW, the WWE announced that reigning Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan will defend her championship against Damage CTRL’s IYO SKY at the upcoming Saturday Night’s Main Event special on NBC. SKY became the #1 contender by winning a battle royal on the November 4th episode of RAW in Saudi Arabia.
It was also announced on last night’s show that Imperium’s WWE World Heavyweight Champion “The Ring General” GUNTHER will defend his title against Judgment Day’s World Tag Team Champion Finn Bálor after Bálor attacked GUNTHER.
Previously announced for the special event is Undisputed WWE Champion “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes, defending his title against “The Prize Fighter” Kevin Owens.
WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event will take place on Saturday, December 14th, at Nassau Coliseum on Long Island, New York.
