According to PWInsider.com, Zayn is currently dealing with a legitimate injury. This follows his revelation during a segment on WWE television, in which he confronted CM Punk on SmackDown and stated that he has a broken bone in his hand. The report confirms that Zayn’s broken hand is not part of a storyline; the injury is real.
It remains unclear how severe the hand injury is and how long it will keep Zayn out of action. Despite the injury, he still made an appearance on last week’s episode of WWE SmackDown.
