During Friday’s episode of WWE SmackDown, Blake Monroe attacked Giulia even before their scheduled match began, delivering a Neutralizer that laid her former STARDOM colleague out. Monroe then left the scene.

In a video posted to the WWE Twitter account after the show, Monroe explained her actions. She stated that she wanted to prevent her main-roster debut on SmackDown from happening that way, expressing her desire to face Chelsea Green in her first match instead.

Monroe said, “That’s not my debut. I didn’t wait four months getting called up to SmackDown, and I didn’t wait nine years to make it to the WWE, to have my debut like that. I’m World Championship material. So you find Chelsea Green, you bring her to me, and then you get The Glamour. Until then, get out my face.”

Green is the current WWE Women’s Champion, but she is injured and has 23 days to get medically cleared to defend her title. It is uncertain when Monroe will have her first match, but updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
