The Hollywood Reporter has announced that DAZN has acquired EverPass Media. As a result of this acquisition, TKO, the NFL, and RedBird will become minority shareholders in the streaming service.
The report also highlighted that EverPass was founded by the NFL’s 32 Equity investment arm in partnership with RedBird Capital Partners, with TKO later joining as an investor.
EverPass holds the distribution rights for the NFL Sunday Ticket and live sports from major platforms such as Apple, Paramount, Netflix, and Peacock. The company is responsible for selling these rights and providing the necessary infrastructure to deliver these events to public establishments, including bars and hotels.
