AEW’s All In: Texas is shaping up to be a landmark event, with the company poised to make history at Globe Life Field on Saturday, July 12. According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the pay-per-view is on pace to become the largest non-WWE event in North American history, both in terms of paid attendance and live gate.
The show has already surpassed 19,000 paid tickets, generating a gate of approximately $2.5 million. This figure more than doubles AEW’s previous record for a North American live gate, which was set at Forbidden Door 2023 with $1.25 million. In terms of attendance, the event has already eclipsed the 13,789 paid figure from WCW’s Slamboree 1999, which previously held the record for largest non-WWE PPV attendance on the continent.
All In: Texas is expected to surpass Slamboree’s total crowd of 20,516 as well. When adjusted for inflation, the event’s gate would be the second-highest ever for a non-WWE wrestling show in North America, trailing only the legendary 1911 world title bout between Frank Gotch and George Hackenschmidt — though projections suggest AEW could top even that.
The current card for AEW’s blockbuster summer event includes:
AEW World Championship
Jon Moxley (c) vs. “Hangman” Adam Page
Championship Unification Match
Kenny Omega vs. Kazuchika Okada (AEW International & Continental Titles)
AEW Women’s World Championship
Toni Storm (c) vs. Mercedes Moné
The Young Bucks vs. Will Ospreay & Swerve Strickland
(If The Young Bucks lose, they will no longer serve as EVPs)
Men’s and Women’s Casino Gauntlet Matches
(Winners receive future World Title shots)
With record-setting numbers and a stacked card featuring major title implications and high-stakes grudge matches, All In: Texas is on track to become one of AEW’s most historic shows to date.
