The mystery surrounding the “medical professional” who appeared during a pivotal segment on Monday night’s episode of RAW has been solved.
Independent wrestling star Alex Gracia was the one who portrayed the medic that tended to Dominik Mysterio during the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match between The Judgment Day and the team of Bayley and Lyra Valkyria.
The Segment
The angle unfolded when Dominik Mysterio, attempting to interfere in the tag team match, was accidentally taken out by Judgment Day’s Raquel Rodriguez. Mysterio called for medical help, prompting Gracia—disguised as WWE medical personnel—to rush to ringside and tend to him.
Shortly after, another “medical professional” entered the scene—this one revealed to be AJ Styles in disguise. Styles capitalized on the chaos to get the upper hand on Dominik in their escalating feud.
The segment concluded with a major storyline development: Dominik Mysterio has now been medically cleared to compete, and his Intercontinental Championship defense against AJ Styles has been officially confirmed for WWE SummerSlam.

Who Is Alex Gracia?
Known as “The Pink Dream,” Alex Gracia is no stranger to wrestling fans on the independent scene. A standout performer, Gracia has competed for AEW, TNA, Ring of Honor (ROH), and CMLL. She is also a prominent name in Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling promotion, where she is a former two-time Diamonds Division Champion.
Gracia confirmed her appearance on Raw via her official social media accounts shortly after the segment aired.
She is currently scheduled to compete this Saturday, July 26, at Reality of Wrestling, where she will challenge Gigi Rey for the Glory World Championship.
